Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC is a market leader in ceramic products in Sri Lanka owning three other tile companies (majority shareholding). In addition to ceramics, it has exposure to finance through a 26.1% shareholding of LB Finance PLC and aluminum through Swisstek Ceylon and plantations through Horana Plantations both subsidiaries of its subsidiary.

Vallibel One PLC (VONE) holds 51% of RCL while the EPF holds 14.8% as at Mach 2015 (up from 10% a year earlier)
Subsidiaries have reported the June quarter results for the year and they have shown an YoY growth but a QoQ decline. RCL should show the same trend as well.
RCL is trading at 7.0x TTM P/E and 1.3x Book value with a 3.0% DY as per March results.
