Resus Energy PLC today announced that it would repurchase 71,542,858 shares at a 24/- each at a total consideration of 1,717,028,592/-
Shares will be repurchased at a proportion of 4 shares for every 7 shares held. The offer opens on 25th August 2015. An EGM has been convened on the 14th of August 2015 for shareholder approval for both the capital reduction as announced earlier and for the repurchase of shares.
